Refund Policy

. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered for the following reasons:

  • Article Withdrawal: If the article is withdrawn due to a significant error or misconduct on the part of the author(s).
  • Journal Cancellation: If the journal is discontinued or ceases publication.

2. Refund Process

  1. Request Submission: Authors seeking a refund must submit a written request to the MJH editorial office within 30 days of the date the article was published or the journal was discontinued.
  2. Documentation: The request must be accompanied by appropriate documentation to support the reason for the refund, such as evidence of significant error or misconduct.
  3. Evaluation: The MJH editorial board will review the refund request and supporting documentation.
  4. Decision: The editorial board will make a decision regarding the refund and notify the author(s) of the outcome.

3. Refund Amount

If a refund is approved, the amount will be determined based on the following factors:

  • Stage of Publication: The refund amount may be reduced if the article has already been published in print or online.
  • Author Fees: Any author fees paid, including submission fees, review fees, or publication fees, will be considered for refund.
  • Journal Costs: The overall costs associated with the publication of the article, such as production and distribution costs, will be taken into account.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued in the same manner as the original payment. If the original payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed to the same card. If the original payment was made by check or other means, the refund will be issued by check or equivalent method.

5. Exceptions

The MJH editorial board reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy in exceptional circumstances.
