This journal signifies the beginning of a journey dedicated to the pursuit of truth, knowledge, and innovation. It is a journey for students and mentors, honest professionals, intellectuals, wisdom seekers, and impact scholars. It is a journey towards enhanced healthcare delivery, service, and a brighter future through creativity and ideologies.

Aims of the Journal

Our core strategy is to achieve evidence-based solutions to medical problems. MJH aims to provide learning and sharing opportunities for all students and scholars. We are committed to facilitating students of research, respecting their mentors, and acknowledging their contributions. Students will experience continuous refinement while scholars share their wisdom. The MJH team is dedicated to promoting genuine, innovative, and impactful research.

MJH offers a unique platform for students, scholars, and intellectuals in the healthcare profession to join us on this noble journey. We invite the submission of original research manuscripts for publication in our ongoing issues.

Scope of the Journal

Healthcare:
MJH welcomes research manuscripts covering a broad spectrum of clinical and non-clinical research in internal healthcare and emergency medical services. This includes subspecialty care such as Cardiology, Nephrology, Rheumatology, Geriatrics, Gastroenterology, Oncology, Critical Care, Pulmonology, Endocrinology, and Neurology.

Allied Healthcare:
We publish research in clinical and non-clinical domains such as Psychiatry, Dermatology, Public Health, Community Healthcare, Environmental Health, and Rehabilitation Healthcare. Additionally, research on social sciences relevant to public health, and basic medical sciences including Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, and Forensic Healthcare, will also be featured.

Pathology:
Research manuscripts in all domains of Pathology, including Haematology, Microbiology, Histopathology, and Chemical Pathology, are welcome.

Radiology:
MJH publishes research in all domains of Interventional and Non-interventional Radiology.

Surgery:
We accept research manuscripts in all domains of Surgery and allied subjects, both clinical and non-clinical.

Ophthalmology:
Research manuscripts in all domains of Ophthalmology, including surgical aspects, are invited.

ENT:
We publish manuscripts covering clinical and non-clinical domains of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT).

Gynae and Obstetrics:
MJH will publish research in all domains of clinical, non-clinical, and interventional aspects of Gynecology and Obstetrics.

Pediatrics:
We welcome research manuscripts in all domains of clinical, non-clinical, and interventional aspects of General Pediatrics, Neonatology, Neonatal Intensive Care, and Inherited Disorders.

Innovations:
MJH will publish research focused on innovations capable of reshaping traditional diagnostics and management across the above domains of healthcare.

Sustainability and Ethics:
Research investigating the ethical implications of skills, enabling technologies, and innovations, as well as how these technologies can contribute to sustainability and responsible development, will be featured.

Digital Transformation:
We publish studies on how healthcare institutions leverage technology for digital transformation, streamline operations, enhance patient experiences, and adapt to changing health landscapes.

Regulatory and Policy Implications:
MJH covers research discussing regulatory and administrative challenges, policy frameworks, and how governments and institutions can foster innovation responsibly.

Cybersecurity:
Articles examining security challenges associated with emerging health technologies and proposed solutions to protect data, privacy, and critical systems are welcome.

Peer-Review Process

Once a manuscript is submitted, our entire editorial team ensures the complete availability of metadata and files. The Chief Editor then assesses the manuscript for its scope and quality. If deemed appropriate, it is forwarded to the Academic Editor, who may reject it pre-review if considered unsuitable for the journal. Following a thorough investigation, the Academic Editor invites reviewers to provide peer-review reports. Based on these reports, the Academic Editor recommends one of the following actions: Reject, Major Revision, Minor Revision, or Publish.
