This study explores the reconciliation of international human rights norms with Islamic law in a globalized world. It investigates the points of conflict and convergence between international human rights standards and Islamic jurisprudence, focusing on how these frameworks can be harmonized to promote global justice while respecting cultural and religious differences. Through a review of existing literature and case studies, the research identifies key areas where conflicts arise and proposes strategies for integrating Islamic legal principles with international human rights obligations. The study aims to contribute to the development of a more inclusive and culturally sensitive approach to human rights that respects both global standards and Islamic values.
