Refund Policy

1. Scope of Refund

This refund policy applies to all article submissions and processing fees paid to the Multidisciplinary Journal of Emerging Needs of Curriculum (MJENC). It does not cover any other expenses incurred by authors, such as travel, accommodation, or publication fees.

2. Refund Eligibility

Authors may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Article Withdrawal: If an author requests to withdraw their article before it is accepted for publication, a full refund of the submission fee will be provided.
  • Journal Cancellation: If the MJENC is discontinued or ceases publication, all authors who have paid submission fees will receive a full refund.
  • Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties that prevent the submission or review process, the journal will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved and the author is unable to proceed with the submission, a full refund will be provided.

3. Refund Procedures

To request a refund, authors must submit a written request to the MJENC editorial office within [number] days of the event triggering the refund (e.g., article withdrawal, journal cancellation, technical issues). The request should include the following information:

  • Author's name
  • Article title or submission ID
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Proof of payment (if applicable)

The MJENC editorial office will review the refund request and process it in accordance with this policy. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

  • Article processing fees paid after acceptance
  • Open-access publication fees
  • Copyright transfer fees

5. Exceptions

The MJENC reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy in exceptional circumstances, such as cases of fraud or abuse.
