Withdrawal Policy
This policy outlines the procedures for withdrawing a submitted manuscript from the International Journal of the Universe and Humanity in Islamic Vision and Perspective (IJUUHIP). It aims to provide a clear and transparent process for authors who may need to withdraw their work after submission.

This policy applies to all authors who have submitted manuscripts to IJUUHIP.
Withdrawal Procedures:

- Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript must submit a formal written request to the Editor-in-Chief of IJUUHIP.
- The request should clearly state the reasons for withdrawal and be accompanied by a signed confirmation from all co-authors.

Review and Approval:
- The Editor-in-Chief will review the withdrawal request and ensure that it complies with the journal's policies and procedures.
- If the request is approved, the Editor-in-Chief will inform the author(s) and take appropriate actions to withdraw the manuscript from the review process.

Withdrawal Timeline:
- The timeline for processing a withdrawal request may vary depending on the stage of the review process.
- The Editor-in-Chief will make every effort to process withdrawal requests promptly.

Publication Ethics:
- If a manuscript is withdrawn after acceptance, the Editor-in-Chief may require the author(s) to provide a statement explaining the reasons for withdrawal.
- The journal reserves the right to publish this statement, if deemed appropriate, to maintain the integrity of the publication process.
Exceptions:
- Plagiarism or Misconduct: If the Editor-in-Chief becomes aware of any instances of plagiarism or misconduct related to a submitted manuscript, the withdrawal request may be denied, and further action may be taken in accordance with the journal's ethical guidelines.
- Ongoing Review: If a manuscript is currently under review by peer reviewers, the Editor-in-Chief may require the author(s) to provide a compelling reason for withdrawal before approving the request.
