This research investigates the application of industrial engineering techniques to optimize supply chain management in the e-commerce era. By leveraging tools such as simulation modeling, optimization algorithms, and data analytics, this study aims to address critical challenges such as inventory management, order fulfillment, transportation planning, and network design. The findings highlight the potential of industrial engineering to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction in e-commerce supply chains.
