Our refund policy is designed to ensure a transparent and fair process for all transactions. If you are unsatisfied with the services provided by the journal, you may request a refund within 30 days of the payment date, provided that the service has not yet been delivered or the content has not been published. Refund requests should be submitted in writing via email, outlining the reason for the request. Please note that refunds will not be issued for services that have already been rendered, such as published articles or completed editorial reviews. Any refunds granted will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account. We reserve the right to deny any refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
