Copyright and Publishing Rights

By submitting an article to the Social Sciences & Humanities Journal, authors retain the copyright to their work while granting the journal an exclusive or non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and make the article available to readers in both digital and print formats. The journal has the right to publish and disseminate the article through its website, databases, and any other platform it deems appropriate. Authors may also share their work publicly in accordance with the terms of the journal’s licensing agreement, ensuring proper attribution is given. However, authors agree not to publish the article elsewhere without prior consent from the journal until the article’s publication in the journal is finalized. The journal will respect and protect the authors’ rights and provide appropriate credit, while also ensuring the article’s availability for academic and scholarly use.
