Copyright and Publishing Rights

The Multidisciplinary Journal of Law for Future Security (MJLFS) respects the copyright and publishing rights of authors. Upon submission, authors retain the copyright to their work. However, by submitting to the journal, authors grant MJLFS the right to publish, distribute, and publicly share the manuscript in both digital and print formats. This license is non-exclusive and allows the journal to disseminate the work globally. Authors are free to share their work elsewhere after publication, provided proper citation is given to the journal. MJLFS ensures that published articles are accessible under a Creative Commons license, allowing for proper attribution while maintaining the author's copyright. Any commercial use of the articles beyond the scope of the license requires prior permission from the authors or the journal.
