Resumen

Digital storytelling and interactive media have emerged as powerful tools in the realm of environmental education, effectively engaging diverse audiences and enhancing learning experiences. This paper explores the integration of these technologies into educational frameworks to foster environmental awareness and stewardship. By employing narrative techniques combined with interactive elements, educators can create immersive experiences that not only convey scientific information but also evoke emotional connections to environmental issues. The study highlights various case studies where digital storytelling has been utilized to address topics such as climate change, biodiversity, and conservation efforts. Furthermore, it examines the pedagogical implications of using interactive media, including gamification and augmented reality, to facilitate experiential learning. The findings suggest that these innovative approaches can lead to improved knowledge retention, increased motivation, and a greater likelihood of behavioral change among learners. However, challenges such as access to technology and the need for educator training are also discussed.
