In cases where the withdrawal request is made after the article has entered the final production stage or is published online, a withdrawal fee may be charged to cover administrative costs. Unauthorized withdrawal or failure to respond to communication from the editorial office may lead to a temporary or permanent ban on future submissions by the same authors.
