Refund Policy

The Mayo Journal of Communication World maintains a transparent and fair refund policy to ensure the satisfaction of its authors and subscribers. Once an article has been accepted and published, or subscription services have been activated, fees paid are generally non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances — such as double payments, technical errors during payment processing, or failure to provide the promised service — refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the transaction, along with relevant proof of payment and a detailed explanation of the issue. The editorial board reserves the right to approve or decline any refund request after thorough evaluation. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 working days through the original method of payment.
