Refund Policy

The Journal of STEM Research maintains a clear and transparent refund policy. As the journal operates under a peer-reviewed academic publishing model, all article processing charges (APCs) are considered final once the manuscript has entered the review or production process. Refunds will generally not be issued after this stage. However, in cases of accidental duplicate payment, technical errors, or article withdrawal prior to the commencement of peer review, a partial or full refund may be granted at the discretion of the editorial board. All refund requests must be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation. The journal reserves the right to review and decide on each case individually.
