Waiver Eligibility

The Journal of Non-Communicable Diseases (JNCDs) is committed to supporting researchers by offering fee waivers or discounts to authors who may face financial constraints. Waiver eligibility is determined based on factors such as the author's country of residence, institutional support, and financial need. Authors from low-income or lower-middle-income countries, as classified by international economic indices, may apply for partial or full waivers. Additionally, exceptional cases, such as independent researchers or those with no funding support, may be considered. Waiver requests must be submitted during the manuscript submission process, with supporting documentation if required. The journal evaluates each request fairly to ensure accessibility and inclusivity in scientific publishing.
