The Journal of Dental Care (JDC) strives to provide a high-quality experience for all of our subscribers and contributors. However, due to the nature of digital content and academic publishing, all subscription fees and publication charges are non-refundable. Once a subscription or article publication fee has been processed, it cannot be refunded. In the event of a technical issue preventing access to journal content, we will make every effort to resolve the problem promptly. If a submission is withdrawn prior to acceptance, any associated fees may be refunded, subject to the discretion of the editorial team.
