Аннотация

The rise of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in telehealth services has transformed healthcare delivery, enabling remote monitoring, virtual consultations, and personalized care on a broader scale. AI technologies, such as machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, have made it possible to enhance diagnostic accuracy, improve patient outcomes, and streamline administrative tasks. As a result, AI-driven telehealth solutions are becoming increasingly crucial in addressing the challenges of healthcare accessibility, especially in underserved and rural areas. This paper explores the role of AI in enhancing the sustainability and scalability of telehealth services, with a focus on both business models and operational efficiency. AI-powered tools support telehealth platforms by optimizing resource allocation, reducing operational costs, and improving patient satisfaction through enhanced service delivery. However, the widespread adoption of AI in telehealth raises several challenges, including data security, regulatory compliance, and ensuring equitable access to AI-driven healthcare solutions. The research highlights how businesses can create sustainable, scalable telehealth models by integrating AI technologies, while navigating potential barriers. Additionally, the paper discusses the financial implications of AI adoption, including cost savings, revenue generation opportunities, and long-term profitability in the context of telehealth. It also examines case studies of successful AI implementations in telehealth that demonstrate the potential for scalable growth and increased business sustainability. The findings underscore the critical need for healthcare providers and tech companies to collaborate and invest in robust AI solutions that ensure both operational efficiency and business success in the evolving telehealth landscape.
