Refund Policy

The Journal of Business and Innovation maintains a transparent and fair refund policy. As a scholarly publication, fees collected—such as article processing charges or publication fees—are used to cover the costs associated with editorial processes, peer review management, and online hosting. Once an article has entered the peer review or production process, these fees are generally non-refundable. However, in cases of duplicate payments, technical errors, or exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Authors are encouraged to contact the editorial office promptly with any concerns. The journal reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all refund matters.
