Copyright and Publishing Rights

The Journal of Business and Innovation recognizes the importance of protecting authors’ intellectual property while promoting open access to scholarly work. Upon acceptance, authors retain full copyright of their articles and grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive the work in all formats and media. This allows the journal to make the content freely accessible under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), which permits others to share and adapt the work with proper attribution. Authors are responsible for ensuring that their submissions do not infringe on any third-party copyrights and that all necessary permissions for previously published material have been obtained.
