The Journal of AI Spectrum maintains a transparent and fair refund policy. All payments made for article processing charges (APCs), subscriptions, or other publishing-related services are considered final. Refunds will only be issued in exceptional cases, such as duplicate payments or technical errors during the transaction process, and must be requested within 14 days of payment. Requests for refunds should be submitted in writing with appropriate documentation. The editorial decision regarding refunds shall be final. Please note that fees paid for services already rendered, including peer review and editorial processing, are non-refundable.
