Once a manuscript has been accepted for publication or is in the peer review process, withdrawals are only allowed under exceptional circumstances. Authors wishing to withdraw their submission must notify the editorial office promptly in writing, providing a clear reason for the withdrawal. If the manuscript has already undergone peer review or is in the process of being typeset, withdrawal may not be possible, and the author may still be responsible for any applicable publication fees. The journal reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal if it is determined that the process has progressed too far to allow for an equitable resolution.
