However, due to the nature of our journal, we generally do not offer refunds for submission fees, publication fees, or any other charges once a payment has been processed. Fees are used to cover administrative, peer-review, and editorial costs associated with the publication process. In cases of technical issues, errors in payment processing, or exceptional circumstances, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any such requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction, and we will work diligently to resolve any concerns promptly and fairly.
