As the global economy shifts towards sustainability, the transition to a circular economy necessitates a re-evaluation of workforce training strategies. This paper explores innovative approaches to workforce training that align with the principles of a circular economy, emphasizing adaptability, collaboration, and continuous learning. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature and case studies, we identify key competencies essential for workers in circular economy sectors, such as resource management, systems thinking, and sustainable design.
