Refund Policy

Vogue Visionaries Journal operates on a no-refund policy once the article submission and processing have commenced. Fees collected for Article Processing Charges (APCs), publication services, or any optional editorial assistance are used to support the journal’s review and production processes and therefore cannot be reversed. However, in exceptional cases—such as duplicate payments, technical errors, or withdrawal of a manuscript before peer review begins—refund requests may be considered at the discretion of the journal’s management. All such requests must be submitted in writing with valid proof of payment. The journal maintains transparency and fairness in all financial matters to ensure the integrity of its publishing operations
